“Voronejskiye ” is an Instant Dry Yeast that is produced under state-of-the-art yeast manufacturing technology of LESAFFRE group. Yeast strain Saccharomyces Cerevisiae provides high efficiency of any bakery process.
Instant Dry Yeast “Voronejskiye ” is recommended for making bakery products with sugar content up to 10% of flour weight.
It is ideal for all bread baking technologies (sponge and straight dough procedures as well as for making high formula flour or confectionary goods, puff pastry and cook-chill food) and for production of home-made alcohol drinks.
Usage:For the best result put the yeast directly into the flour before kneading or into the dough at the beginning of kneading. It is possible to dissolve the yeast preliminarily in warm water (up to 38°С) in case of a short period of kneading. Avoid contact of the yeast with cold water.
Storage conditions:store in a cool dry place. Sustained quality is preserved during the entire period of shelf life – 1 year.
